The Tittle Luther Partnership provided comprehensive A/E services for the design of a new Welcome Center to be located adjacent to the main university entry drive and to complement the neighboring Williams Performing Arts Center. The building is a 56,000SF, two-story steel and masonry structure designed to accommodate campus student recruiting functions, alumni services, Foundation offices, investment offices, the Center for Building Community and a multifunction Conference Center that can be configured to seat 450 for a meal.
