PWP Manufacturing Facility
The Development Corporation of Abilene commissioned the Tittle Luther Partnership to design a shell for a 100,000 SF industrial building to be constructed in the city’s new Five Points Industrial Park. In 2008, the shell was completed and additional warehouse space constructed. The building is occupied by PWP Industries. The structural system includes site cast tilt-up concrete panels, drilled concrete pier foundations and the steel roof structure sits on steel columns spaced on a 50’x 50’ grid. The building has a minimum of 30’ vertical clearance. The site has rail access and has been landscaped to meet the requirements of a modern industrial park.
