The Tittle Luther Partnership was commissioned to design a four story addition to and renovation of the existing hospital facility. The project will combine all inpatient and outpatient surgery into a new surgical suite complex including two CVOR’s, 14 OR’s, three GI, and two Cysto Rooms, level one and two PACU’s, Pre-op suite, PAT suite, physician and staff lounges, patient and family waiting, and covered drop-off and parking. Supporting the surgery suite will be new decontamination and sterile processing facilities as well as central and sterile supply facilities. 

Additionally, the project includes medical office space with covered physician parking, an LDR suite, a pediatric suite, a dialysis suite, an infusion suite, a wound care/hyperbaric suite, and laboratory expansion space. The new main hospital entrance includes a gift shop, coffee bar, sandwich shop, admissions offices and discharge suite. The new four story wing is designed for an additional eight story patient bedroom-suite tower.
