Nathan Varble
Project Manager
Nathan joined TLP in 2005 and serves as one of the firms Project Managers. In this role, he provides leadership for managing the programming, design, and production of projects including technology, client and consultant communication.
Following graduation from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Architecture and holding an architectural internship at the University's J.J. Pickle Research Campus, he provided design services for the design of custom structural support systems for the entertainment industry. His list of projects includes stage settings for Paul McCartney, U2, and the Rolling Stones.
Major Projects
Hendrick Medical Center Project 2010, Project Manager for design and construction phases of the Sitework for a 230,000 SF, $54,000,000 addition and renovation project. Project is designed to combine all inpatient and outpatient surgery into a new surgical suite and associated spaces. Additionally the work included medical office space, a pediatric and dialysis suite. The addition is designed for a future 8 floor expansion.
Abilene Christian University Student Recreation and Wellness Center, Served as Project Manager for the Value Engineering Phase for an 118,000 SF addition and renovation to an existing Health and Physical Education building. The facility includes new multi-function gymnasiums, dressing rooms, a new indoor leisure pool, weight rooms, caridio and aerobic workout rooms, an indoor track, as well as academic and administrative spaces.
