Paige Gollihar, AIA - Partner 
Paige joined The Tittle Luther Partnership in 1988. He is the firm’s chief of medical facility design where he enjoys the challenge of merging cutting edge technology, utilitarian detail and aesthetic function within a reasonable budget. He also provides TLP with a comprehensive knowledge of building codes, accessibility requirements as well as local and state development ordinances and regulations.
An experienced architect and planner with over 30 years of experience in the areas of municipal, financial, educational and healthcare design, his projects span the spectrum of healthcare and include designs for hospitals as well as cancer treatment and ambulatory/medical outpatient facilities.
Major Projects
Hendrick Medical Center Project 2010, Principal In Charge for master planning, design and construction for a 230,000 SF, 4 story addition to the existing hospital facility. The project combines all inpatient and outpatient surgery into a new surgical suite complex including two CVOR’s, 14 OR’s, three GI, and two Cysto Rooms, level one and two PACU’s, Pre-op suite, PAT suite, physician and staff lounges, patient and family waiting, and covered drop-off and parking.
Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Pharmacy, Abilene, Texas, Principal In Charge for design and construction of a new 40,800 SF teaching facility located on the campus of Hendrick Medical Center. The facility was designed to ultimately maintain and train a continuous population of 160 graduate students through the four-year Doctor of Pharmacy program.
Hendrick Medical Center Cancer Facility, Principal In Charge for design and construction of a 2-story, 60,600 SF building. The project accommodates the Hospital’s cancer treatment spaces and also contains expanded cardiovascular and outpatient surgery facilities.
Michael C. Waters Trauma Center, Hendrick Medical Center, Principal In Charge for design and construction for this 35,000 SF Level II Trauma Center addition to the existing hospital. The project includes the full range of emergency services from trauma/cardiac critical care facilities and full radiological services, to intermediate care and fast-track care components.
